Christmas
Christmas

Christmas was a weird time.

You're happy to be in your hostcountry finally found friends and built a bond with your hostfamily, basically ready to celebrate but then there is this silent voice that tells you how much you also miss your family♥

Christmas in Peru is different: more present aand waaaay warmer😅

With 24° you don't really feel the usual Christmas flare but anyways I had a really beautiful and fun christmas so I can't cry about it ♥😂

So at the 6th of January I changed my family😦 let's see what new adventures are there for me 😊

Viaje al Norte
Viaje al Norte

On the 13 of january your trip to the north of Peru started. Unlike in Germany here it is summer which means we're going on a beach triip!😊
After an at least 12 hour busride with a lot of sleeping we arrived at our first destination: Trujillo
Trujillo was really hot but our hotel was gorgues and there was a beach just a five minute walk away so we spent 5 fun days there going surfing, visiting local museums and watching a Nothern Marina and Horse riding show. Next stop was in Chacapoyas which is a little city in the highlands of Peru. There we spent 4 days in a beautiful hotel that seemed like it's own little village. We visited a waterfall which was a 6 hour walk, the sarcophagus of Karajia and more cultural very important things of Chachapoyas.
Our next few days we spent in a hotel in la Punta Sal which was amazing and huuge. There was a private beach, restaurants and a lot more all-inclusive!!!😍 There we went swimming turtles which was an awesome experience🐢.
Our last day, the 25 of january, we spent in Puira relaxing and then flying home to Lima where I like everybody couldn't wait to let myself fall in to my own bed and fall asleep😊
